Exchanges & Returns Policy

1. 14-Day Complimentary Privilege

We want your Stitch & Sleek creations to fit with tailored perfection. Should you wish to alter sizing or return an acquisition, you may initiate a complimentary doorstep return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery.

2. Condition Criteria

Garments must remain in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original atelier security tags, spare buttons, and brand packaging intact. Footwear soles must show zero abrasion marks (we suggest trying shoes on carpeted surfaces).

3. Reverse Pickup Concierge

Once initiated via your account portal or concierge hotline, our courier will collect the package from your address within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Reimbursement Protocol

Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original funding account within 4 to 7 business days following atelier inspection. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are credited directly to your preferred bank account or UPI ID.
