Stitch & Sleek extends complimentary express shipping on all domestic orders surpassing ₹999. For acquisitions below this threshold, a standardized nominal logistics tariff of ₹99 is applied.

2. Transit & Dispatch Timelines

Every garment is carefully steamed, hand-inspected, and sealed in our bespoke protective garment sleeves. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched within 24 hours. Transit typically takes 2 to 4 business days for metropolitan hubs and 3 to 5 business days for tier-2 regions.

3. Bespoke Luxury Packaging

Each garment arrives enveloped in acid-free silk tissue within our rigid matte-black presentation box, complete with cedar hangers for blazers and suiting. Footwear arrives with microfiber dust bags and cedar wood shoehorn accessories.

4. Tracking & Courier Authentication

Upon courier dispatch, a live tracking link with OTP verification will be transmitted via SMS and email.
