1. Atelier Contract

By placing an order with Stitch & Sleek Haute Horlogerie & Fashion Atelier, you enter into a binding purchase agreement governed by the commercial laws of Karnataka, India.

2. Pricing & Currency

All rates listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). In the extraordinary event of a verifiable pricing inaccuracy due to system malfunction, we reserve the privilege to cancel affected orders and issue instantaneous refunds.

3. Intellectual Property

All campaign imagery, tailoring patterns, logos, and textual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Stitch & Sleek.
